Performance Plants has developed the genetic trait for protecting plants against seed yield losses sustained under less than ideal rainfall or irrigation. YPT® has increased yield up to 26% in field grown canola and had even greater impacts on corn and petunias. Unlike other drought tolerance technologies, YPT® will not reduce yields under well watered conditions.
